Exactly today, 1 year ago, I had my very first slalom session in LeuvenX. I think the sessions started maybe a few weeks earlier in Ghent and we didn't invent the name ConeCrazy yet...
Were also there: Ophm, Sch3lp, Kelly, Stijn, Evy, Jurgen en Nancy (on my pictures I can also see a Volvo and baby).

The very first meeting I remember was the one at the "Ham" in Ghent (http://www.belgianinlinecenter.be/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=4518) Only Kelly, Sch3lp and myself were there. Since it was only the three of us, and we never met irl before, it all went with some doubts (should I stay or should I go?). After that Sunday, each session was more crowded and the small doubts quickly made room for unstoppable enthusiasm! Yeah baby!

Actually, Nancy&me, and Stijn&Evi had our first session in Eppegem in december 2006, I couldn't even do the crazy and had k2 fitness skates.

Indeed Jurgen, that Eppegem-session must have happened before the Ham-session: I remember at that time I didn't slalom in ages and had forgotten about half my moves (out of the tremendous collection of 5 different ones ). You were só keen to learn the eagle back then.

I remember getting the wrong exit, for the Ham and having to drive all trough Ghent, but i made it.
My very first slalom session with other people ! That could actually slalom!!!

Leuven x was a lot of fun to.
