Dinner is fine, but I guess 6pm is a little bit too early for us, but 6.30 would be ok.

After carefull analysis of this move we conclude the following.
One leg is just going round (easy he  Grin)
The other goes: heel, toe, heel, toe, ...
From heel to toe on the same spot, from toe to heel you roll.
On the toe, you turn your foot.

Of course, this is just theory  Wink
