Guess what!
I bought a new new pair of iceskates a few days ago at the ice rink in Haasrode. It is a Bauer/Nike unusual combination of a hockey "frame" with a soft fitness boot with good ankle support, so that it should feel pretty close to my Seba's. I have holidays and will go to try them out this afternoon.
Anyone interested in a combined inline session @LeuvenX and an ice session in Haasrode after Newyear? I asked about the largest size available for renting (for sch3lp) and it is 51!!!!

Got Jul (Merry X-mas) from Stockholm!
There is a free outdoor icerink here in the middle of the city, but it doesn't feel so comfortable (yet) as inline skates. We keep practicing, though.
