Yup. It's Ganza Roller who is organising the event, together with Carlos Flores as the IFSA rep.
I didn't know the date yet either.
It's been marked in my calendar Cheesy

It might be wise to change the dates in the title to avoid confusion? Since the dates have been changed to the end of may...

So far I know that Martin and Jerry are coming, Marlies and Arnold might be coming (they did clear that weekend, so the chances are good) and Ragnhild is also thinking about it (at least the last time I spoke to her).

When I speak to them again I'll direct them this way Smiley

Two people can spend the night at out appartment, also in Leuven. We don't have an extra bed though, but we have some air mattresses (or how do you call it?)

2 people are welcome to spend the night at our apartment in Vilvoorde (next to Brussels), we have 2 spare matrasses, no bed though Roll Eyes Tongue
