Good news! RSC Heverlee will have more space and time for slalom. The recreation adult group of Ann moves from the "Sporthal" in the Hertogstraat to "Heverlee kazerne" nextdoors.
Official schedule is:
- Regular training - Wednesday between 18:00 and 19:00
- Slalom only - Wednesday between 19:00 and 20:00
- Regular training (in Sporthal Hertogstraat) - Sunday between 09:00 and 10:00
- Slalom only - Sunday between 10:00 and 11:00

Welcome for the slalom sessions are: both adults and children with a good basic skate level. If not ready for slalom yet, Ann teaches skate initiation during the first hour both on Wednesday and Sunday.
To subscribe:
- you need to register in RSC Heverlee (65 Euro/year, insurance included)...
- and, because the sessions are on military area, a copy of both sides of your identity card + address added

Note also that we ALL have to enter and leave the military zone TOGETHER: so be on time... Finally, also the temperature conditions in the hall are "military": there is no heating in winter, no airco in summer... If the weather is nice however, we can go outside.

I might have good news!
The adult group of Ann & Josette will go outside in the kazerne from April on when the weather is dry (from 18:00 till 19:30).
I asked if we could continue with slalom inside. And yes.. yes...  Cheesy Cheesy we hopefully have more place then... I think we should try to claim our unit for slalom, especially because we also had some kids joining us last time.

There is a general RSC meeting organized on Monday June 30th @7pm in the cafetaria of the sporthall in Heverlee.
I will particpate to find out if we can do better slalom next season (better hours, better place, more people).

Finally some good news.
We can give slalom lessons and practice every Wednesday between 18:00 and 19:00 (but it is free a bit earlier and a bit later). RSC pays 1 hour in the "turnzaal" in Hertogstraat for us.
First appointment: next Wednesday Cheesy

Do not think it would be a problem if you want to join now and then. Last year I was no member either, but since I go every week, I will become a member this year.

The move we practiced upstairs yesterday is called "after 8". "Infinite" is a one-leg move and looks completely different.
